«ARMO» group of companies’ history was begun in 1997 when a team of engineers formed an organization able to offer to its customers integrated solutions in the field of buildings equipping with various systems. Over 170 projects were implemented by the company in the intervening years, within the framework whereof designing, installation, commissioning and integration of various engineering systems, including power supply and distribution, lighting, heating, ventilation and conditioning, weight-handling, water supply and sewerage, security, computer networks, videoconferences and television broadcasting, as well as building engineering dispatching and automation systems were executed.

Within the framework of each project «ARMO» conducts training of employees of the customer or operating organizations in its own Training Center authorized by many manufacturers. The training program is a contract part and includes courses on operation of dispatching, climate control, power supply, heating, security, telecommunications and other systems.

«ARMO» applies in its solutions and projects power-saving systems, advanced information technologies, certify and environmentally compatible equipment ensuring safety, convenience and resources saving for its clients.

Over 400 experts possessing diplomas and certificates for designing, adjustment and maintenance of complicated technical equipment work in the company, the manpower being about 700 employees. The companies forming «ARMO» group possess all required state licenses for execution of construction activities, construction and mounting and design works, as well as the license for installation, adjustment and maintenance of fire fighting equipment and systems.

From among «ARMO» group highly qualified employees in 2007 was formed «ARMO-LINE», the main activity profile whereof became corporate customers’ network projects implementation. Engineers, designers and managers possessing many years' experience in implementation of projects with various complexity and executing the entire spectrum of works on integrated equipping of buildings with all engineering systems work in the company.

When implementing any project, «ARMO-LINE» holds to the following logically verified action sequence:

• preliminary analysis of the client’s requirements
• building engineering systems development concept
• creation of a detailed schedule of works execution
• budget planning
• designing of engineering systems and interconnections between them
• holding of tenders among technical equipment suppliers
• installation
• commissioning.

After putting an object into operation «ARMO-LINE» executes warranty servicing, and when needed, also aftersale servicing or maintenance all engineering systems in the client’s building.
