"ARMO-LINE": building construction and integrated equipping with engineering systems project management

«ARMO-LINE» implemented a great number of projects, among which is network banks and companies offices creation, trading and entertainment centers, office and warehouse premises equipping, and hotel complexes equipping with engineering systems. Within the framework of the implemented projects the company executed building technical audit, client’s requests analysis, designing, installation and commissioning of both engineering systems functioning off line and integrated building life support systems combined by a unified intelligent building management system.

High professional level of «ARMO-LINE» employees, their knowledge of a wide range of engineering systems and ability to combine those systems into a unified complex permits the company to implement projects with high level of complexity. For example, «ARMO-LINE» employees executed at different objects the works relating to installation of power supply, lighting, ventilation, conditioning, water supply, heating, sewerage, security, communication systems, computer, telecommunication and TV broadcasting networks, monitoring, control and management of work whereof is executed by the unified intelligent Building Management System.

SmartSchool automated system of educational process management for ‘President’ School

Object:
‘President’ School on Rublevo-Uspenskoye highway quartered in a modern building with total area of 13.5 thousand square meters.

Executed works:
For school process optimization at ‘President’ School, ARMO-Line has developed and implemented SmartSchool innovative software-hardware complex. It incorporates electronic school register with user authorization by access cards, student E-recordbooks, electronic kiosks within the school, as well as general system integration with access control and other special-purpose equipment.

College laboratories and laboratory systems for Structural College № 38

Object:
College laboratories and laboratory systems for Moscow Structural College № 38

Executed works:
ARMO-LINE professional staff carried out design, equipment supply and installation as well as commissioning of fire alarm, fire fighting and smoke removal systems. ARMO-LINE also deployed CCTV, access control and alarm systems with local engineering automation.

Integrated security systems in “Selectel” data center

Object:
New “Selectel” Data Center, located in Moscow, Berzarina St., offers a wide range of telecommunication services. The total area of its premises is over 500 sq. m., including 300 sq. m of the server room area.
Executed works:
Within a project framework ARMO-LINE specialists carried out design, equipment supply and installation of security systems as well as its integration and commissioning.

«Chlumberge» - a supplier of technologies for oil and gas industry

Objects:
«Chlumberge» office premises and training center (Tyumen). The company’s offices occupy from 1 to 4 floors at the existing «A» class business centers, and the training center is located in a territory with the area of 3 hectares and includes training buildings, living quarters and training processing installations.
Executed works:
The works on the project included designing (the WD stage), delivery of equipment, installation, integration, testing and putting into operation of an integrated security system. The works connected with designing (the WD stage) of integrated security systems (access control, security video surveillance, security and fire alarm, fire warning), technical equipment automation and dispatching are also executed for the company’s headquarters in Moscow.

«Media Markt» electronics shop

Object:
A part of «Europark» trading and entertainment center premises at Rublevskoye highway in Moscow. «Media Markt» premises occupy 3 floors of this trading center left wing. Warehouse premises and unloading area are located at the first floor, sales premises are located at the second floor, the third floor is occupied by office premises.
Executed works:
In the course of project the works connected with designing, delivery of equipment, installation, integration, testing and putting into operation of security systems were executed. This complex of systems includes video surveillance, security alarm and access control systems.

OTP Bank branches and cash machines network

Objects:
43 branches of OTP Bank in 34 cities of Russia, 50 cash machines
Executed works:
Upon the project implementation the works connected with designing (the WD stage), delivery of equipment, installation, integration and putting into operation of the integrated bank branches security systems including video surveillance, access control, security and fire alarm systems were executed. The systems of all branches are integrated in one complex, management and monitoring of which are executed from the central console. It is stipulated that warranty and aftersales servicing of the systems, as well as the buildup thereof will be executed in future.

MEGA Belaya Dacha family trading and entertainment center.

Object:
The trading and entertainment complex for the whole family including a shopping center with retail stores, Media Markt electronics and household appliances shop, OBI shop selling goods for house and garden, Decathlon sporting goods shop, bowling-center, film theater, entertainment park consisting of covered hockey skating-rink, golf club, recreation center for children. The trading and entertainment complex is a three-level structure, at the first, open level whereof a parking is located, and two upper levels are occupied by shops and entertainment area.
Executed works
In the course of the project implementation designing, supply, installation and commissioning of an automatic fire-alarm system were executed.

«Clifford Chance CIS Limited» representative office

Object:
«Clifford Chance CIS Limited» office premises at the 7th and 8th floors of the «Ducat Palace 3» business center and the 2nd floor of the «Ducat Palace 2» business center in Moscow.
Executed works:
Designing, delivery and installation of equipment, commissioning and integration of the object security system including video surveillance, access control, security alarm system. An integrated system operated on-line from one server was created.

Warehouse terminal of the Avto-49 car accessories store chain

Object:
Warehouse terminal consisting of two detached buildings: the main warehouse and cold store. The buildings are located at an industrial area of Khimki district, Moscow region.
Executed works:
Designing at the WD stage was executed, equipment for the integrated security system including video surveillance, perimeter defense, access control, security alarm systems, and the IT infrastructure including SCS and LAN networks, WiFi and IP telephony was delivered and installed. 500 working places were connected to a computer network at the object. The systems were combined by means of software module and have centralized management. It is planned to create the unified information space containing the Avto-49 store chain and suppliers.

“M5-Mall” Retail and Entertainment Complex, Ryazan

Object:
Retail and Entertainment Complex, located on the highways intersection - Moscow-Chelyabinsk Federal Highway and Ryazan circumurban road.
Executed works:
Within the project framework, ARMO-LINE Company specialists prepared preliminary design of building engineering systems and “Project” stage documentation. Company professionals designed two gas heating systems both for Retail Complex and adjacent buildings and also prepared working documentation (“WD” stage) for electrical and lighting systems, water supply and sanitation, security systems and structured office and telephone cabling systems. At present, ARMO-LINE started construction and installation operations at the facility.
